164 太陽暦　Solar calendar

明治６年(1873)統一なった明治政府は太陰暦(天保壬寅暦)から太陽暦(グレゴリウス暦)に変更しました。

太陽暦明治６年１月１日は太陰暦１２月３日、
しかも明治６年は太陰暦でいう閏年で１年は１３ヶ月ありました。

徳川時代は年棒制ですが明治政府は月給制、
暦の変更により明治政府は明治５年の１２、１３月分の給料を払わなくてすみます。
これがうそのような本当の暦の変更の理由です。

度重なる戦闘で台所は大変だったんですね。

拙メルマガでは今までは基本的に太陰暦で年月を表示していました、これからは太陽暦で表示します。

Meiji government changed a calendar from a lunar calendar to the solar calendar.

Jan 1st Meiji 6th(solar) is Dec 3rd Meiji 5th(lunar).
Meiji 5th has 13 months because a leap year.
Because of this change,New government needed not pay 12th and 13th salary.

Meiji government was very poor. It is the reason of change calendar.

This mail mag used the lunar calendar till now,
from now I use the solar calendar.
