021　武器と道具　Tool or Weapon?

武器と道具はどこで見分けるのでしょうか？結論から言うと(あくまで私見ですが)「その時の状況次第」です。
カッターナイフで銃刀法違反とされることもあります。「文房具屋で売ってるじゃないか！」といってもその場の状況次第、
簡単に言うと「こいつは怪しい...」と思われた場合はＮＧです。刀に興味を持つ以上、

「おまわりさんをなめたらあかんでー」

任意提出という名目で没収されちゃうよ。

We can not have aweapon in Japan. we can have only tool.What's difference
between weapon and tool? The conclusion is "the assessment of the situation".
If your tool is only small cutter,policeman think you are suspisious,
it's illegal. If you love J.S. truley,please behave yourself like a gentleman.
