平肉 Hiraniku(flesh)

刀の刃の部分の盛り上がり具合を言います。刀を棟に対して直角に切った場合刃先から鎬にかけてふっくらとした曲線に
なっている場合「平肉豊か」といいます。図は誇張して書いています。
