綱は困って門のうちに招き入れた。母親は喜んで昔話などしながら
「さて七日の物忌みとはは何事ですか？」とたずねた。
綱はありていに事情を話した。母親はさらに
「そんなこととは思わず恨みがましいことを申しました。しかし鬼の手というのは
どのようなものですか？お見せいただけませんか」と頼んだ。綱は答えて
「お安いことですが七日間封じております。明日以降ならばお見せできます。」
母親は
「そうですかまあ見なくてもさしさわりがあるでもなし、それでは明け方前に
帰るとしましょうか」とまた恨みがましく言ったので綱は鬼の手を取り出し
母親の前に置いた。

Tsuna put his mother into a home. She was glad and told an old tale.
And asked
"What is 7 days pray?" Tsuna told the situation. Mother said
" Heavens! I didn't know that situation. Sorry grumble.
But Would you show me the hand?" Tsuna answered
"Sorry the hand is sealed for 7 days. I can show you tomorrow."
Mother said resentfully
"Oh! So I will come back before daybreak."
Tsuna don't know what answer to make and take out the hand and show it to
his mother.
