213 姫鶴一文字 Princess Crane
鎌倉時代の一文字派、丁子乱れの刃紋に映りあり、棟に切り込み傷まである
上杉景勝３５腰の上秘蔵の太刀です。
摩り上げしようとした研師の夢に鶴と名のる姫があらわれ摩り上げを止めさせたという
ロマンチックな伝説までついてます。
これまで巻き上げるのはさすがに気が引けたのでしょう。
明治天皇陛下は押し形だけもらっていきました。
Princess Crane is a Tachi what is Ichimonnji School in Kamakura piriod.
It has "Cyouji midare Hamonn(temper pattern)" "Utsuri"and ”Kirikomi kizu(fighting scar)"
This sword has a legend.
At an old time,when one sword smith want to make short this sword(Suriage).
Beatiful princess who gave her name "Tsuru(Crane)" appeared in his dream.
And beg him to stop shorten sword with tears.
Meiji Emperor took only its "Oshigata(Trace)".
