139 蛤御門の変(禁門の変) The incident at the Hamaguri Gate
元治元年(1864)６月
文久3年(1863)の禁門の政変(八、十八の政変)により退勢に追いやられた長州藩及び
尊皇攘夷派は池田屋事件に刺激され京都へ出兵、守護職松平容保率いる会津、薩摩藩
を主とする守備隊と激戦を繰り広げるも惨敗します。
結局このあたりから幕末の混乱はこぜりあいから内戦に近い状態になってゆくわけです。
それももともとは新撰組や岡田以蔵らの刀がきっかけとなったのではないでしょうか。
Gennji 1st(1864) June
SonnnouJoui(royalist) groupe planed to restore their declining fortunes.
They attacked Kyoto. And they fought against the gate guards.
They are Cyousyuu domain samurais.
The guards are Aizu and Satsuma domain samurais.
Royalists had loose.
Since this time Bakumatsu confusion change an internal war.
