093 焼け身 Yakemi(Fired Body)

1615年(元和元年)大阪城落城、
豊臣家は滅び、同時に豊臣家が持っていた名刀の数々も落城時の火災に巻き込まれました。

刀は火に弱く、火事に合ったものは「焼け身」といって無価値も同然に扱われます。
前述の一期一振りもこの時焼けてしまいました。

1615(Gennna 1st),Osaka castle fell. Toyotomi family was ruined. And many
Toyotomi family's good sword was fired with castle fire.

J.Sword is very weak for fire. Fired sword is called "Yakemi(=Fired Body)".
"Yakemi" is the sword that was heat up in a fire.
Fire make a sword just a steel bar with its high temperature.
Yakemi is not a sword burning with a flame.
"Yakemi" is handled as a scrap. "Ichigo-Hitofuri" was also fired at Osaka castle falling down.
