041 神話時代1　The myth 1　

通常は日本刀の歴史は平安時代からとされていますが、まあせっかく神話時代の話が
あるのですから堅いこといわずに神話から始めます。

やっぱりなんといっても日本最初のスーパーヒーロー日本武尊(ヤマトタケルノミコト倭建命とも書きます)
の草薙の剣(クサナギノツルギ)をはずすことはできません。

もともとは刀匠の神様である天目一箇命(アマノヒトツノミコト)が天照大神(アマテラスオオミノカミ)
のために天の香山(アマノカグヤマ)ノ鉄で造った雨業雲剣(アメノムラクモノツルギ)のことなのですが

日本武尊が東征の際に敵の罠にはまり炎に囲まれた際この剣で炎をなぎ払い脱出したことから
草薙の剣と呼ばれるようになりました。

なんと名古屋の熱田神宮に神宝として伝来しています。

私が子供のころは日本武尊の物語を読んでワクワクしたものですが今の子供達はどうなのでしょうか？
最後白鳥になって飛んでっちゃうとこがかっこいいんだよなあ

They say that generaly J.S. history starts from Heianm piriod(8C).
But Japan has myth. So I will start from a mythical world.

Yamatotakerunomikoto(The Prince of arms),He is the super hero of J. myth.
He attacked enemys. And founding a J.country.

He used Kusanaginotsurugi(Fire cutter).

The sword was made by Amanohitotsunomikoto(Prince of heaven's eye. He is the
first J.sword master) for Amaterasuoominokami(God of the Sun.
She is the highest God in J's myth.

First,The sword was called "Amanomurakumonotsurugi"(Sword of sky and cloud)

When Takeru attacked east,He was falled into the trap set by the enemy.
He was surrounded by fire. And He drove away fire with the sword.
After that the sword was called "Fire cutter"

Now there is The sword is Atsuta jinnguu at Nagoya.
